TIME-ER MISSION
We facilitate a comprehensive solution-based intervention strategy focused on leadership development that’s designed to address the needs of our clientele using best practices, researched based information and evidenced-based program tools and services.


TIME-ER VISION
We provide solution-based approaches and strategies that are designed to enhance our clients planning, organizing, staffing/supervising, directing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting of their individual or organization needs to ensure sound healthy growth and development.
SHORT TERM GOALS:
We provide professional services, products, guidance, and leadership to our clientele. We offer alternative solutions to complex social issues and concerns, which affect the environment of the organization. We implement quality programs that are essentially developmental and inspirational in nature. All of our programs and services are research based; evidence based and reflects best practices.
LONG TERM GOALS:
We establish educational, developmental and experimental centers of learning within each major metropolitan city across America and abroad. We establish relationships with groups of the community for the purpose of servicing their needs in the area of Relationship Building, self-development and community- development, diversity and leadership and educational development. We provide our clientele with quality services and products that are in line with their needs and demands. All of our programs and services are research based; evidence based and reflects best practices.
OBJECTIVES:
We examine and assess the status of our clientele utilizing the most relevant tool, survey or evaluative instruments available. We analyze, initiate and propose creative and productive ideas and solutions for our clientele. We complete a contracted task, service and product for our clientele following a thorough consultation. We provide training, conferences, a leadership and diversity institute, quarterly newsletter, educational programs or series, seminars, presentations, products from the TIME-ER Center Store and other related paraphernalia. We measure the success and productivity of the services and products we provide to our clientele utilizing the most relevant tool or evaluative instruments available. We propose and recommend the ideal Council members, Board of Directors, Trustees and relevant resources that are necessary to guide our clientele towards success.
